SPECTRAFLOW ANALYTICS SECURES CROSSBELT ANALYZER ORDER FROM CONGLIN IRON
We are pleased to announce that SpectraFlow Analytics has received an order for a Crossbelt Analyzer from the Conglin Group’s Iron Ore Sector. The unit will be deployed at their iron ore mine in Xinjiang, Western China.
This installation further expands SpectraFlow’s footprint in the iron ore industry, following successful deployments with major producers in Brazil and globally.
Project Overview: Ziluyi North Iron Mine
The SpectraFlow Online Analyzer will be commissioned at the Ziluyi North Iron Mine in Aketuo County, Xinjiang. Positioned after the primary crusher, the analyzer will monitor ore quality to optimize blending processes and ensure consistent grade before transport and loading.
Technical Capabilities
The SpectraFlow Crossbelt Analyzer provides high-frequency, real-time measurement of raw materials directly on conveyor belts.
High Accuracy: Because crushed raw material on a conveyor is statistically homogeneous, the analyzer provides highly precise data.
Process Monitoring: These real-time results allow for continuous monitoring of the Run of Mine (ROM) feed into the plant.
Measurement Speed: The system offers a measurement frequency of 420 ms (150 measurements per minute), providing actual minute-by-minute results rather than running averages.
Variable Feed Management: Continuous monitoring enables the processing of highly variable raw materials without compromising the quality of the plant feed.
Safety and Maintenance
A key advantage of SpectraFlow’s NIR (Near-Infrared) technology is the absence of radioactive sources or neutron generators.
Simplified Logistics: No hazardous components are used, eliminating the need for specialized permits or import licenses.
Operational Safety: The system is completely safe for onsite personnel to operate and maintain without specialized radiation training.
